Our Mission

why we do what we do: About

Why we do….what we do!

The perspective on the first 10 years of a person's life has changed dramatically within recent decades. Neurobiology, in particular, has found that children are curious by nature and that the environment is extremely important for their development during that phase of life. Brain architecture is created by numerous kinds of stimuli and this architecture will affect both learning and health for the rest of the child's life.

Thus it is important to understand that a child's chances for positive development are determined by the interplay of the child's genes and environment, as recent scientific evidence shows.

Consequently, evidence shows that early education in martial arts is an important predictor and precondition for later achievement. The quality of childcare and education thus plays an important role in the process of the socio-economic integration of children from disadvantaged communities and with a history of migration.

Through our programs, we as parents try to comprehend when, why, and how they should intervene in the lives of young children.

We need to provide examples of good practices that show the importance of a broad variety of stimuli to a child's development, be it in the context of a child's family - caregivers, peers and other adults in the community.

We aim to achieve a change of mentality in order to emphasize the added value of the combination of home and academy-based education and life skills as well as the importance of quality assurance in all learning contexts.

High levels of youth unemployment and lack of opportunities lead young people to withdraw from the labour market, which puts them at a high risk of social exclusion.

The negative effects for society are manifold:Youth who cannot transition into decent employment risk becoming alienated from the labour market and from society as a whole, leading to consequences such as the erosion of basic societal values, the spread of juvenile delinquency and violence, as well as a lack of social cohesion, public safety, and inter-generational solidarity.

The integration into decent employment (or self-employment) is one of the most important transitions in adult life and therefore in becoming an active and responsible member of society.

We also believe that everyone should have access to the Martial Arts so we welcome everyone all that you need is a willingness to try irrespective of whether a person has learning difficulties
